Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Client Service Officer, Practice Administrator or Paraplanning Support Officer.
• Strong understanding of financial planning processes and advice implementation.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Enjoy building strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Delivering exceptional service with confident, professional communication.
• Proactive and enjoy finding better ways of doing things.

Responsibilities

• Manage client communications and ongoing service requests.
• Prepare and process new business applications.
• Assist with the implementation of financial advice recommendations.
• Liaise with product providers, investment platforms, superannuation funds and insurers.
• Prepare review documentation and client meeting packs.
• Maintain accurate client records, workflows and compliance documentation.
• Support advisers in delivering exceptional client outcomes and experiences.
