You will prepare analyses, manage portfolio reporting, and compile compliant financial documentation for internal and client use. The role involves financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and modelling, with data accuracy and institutional liaison as key duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in accounting or finance.
• 1–3 years of experience in financial analysis or related finance role.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial sector.
• Understanding of financial concepts, securities analysis, and investment structures.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Ability to analyze large data sets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Proficiency in accounting/planning software (Praemium, Openmarkets, Xplan, Complii, MYOB, Xero).
• Advanced Excel skills: modelling, pivots, VLOOKUP, data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Support financial advisers with analyses, portfolio reporting, and structured documentation.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements, management reports, and summaries for internal purposes.
• Assist with compliance reporting, regulatory documentation, and audit-ready records.
• Maintain client reporting platforms, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate with institutions, fund managers, custodians, and brokers on investment arrangements.
• Contribute to internal control processes and advise on financial strategies and risk management.
• Develop financial models to support strategic decision-making.
