Healthscope’s Prince of Wales Private Hospital is seekingRegistered Midwives to join a dynamic birthing unit and post-natal ward. You will deliver evidence-based care, support mothers and families, and liaise with a multidisciplinary team in a busy, private hospital setting.

We offer flexibility to work across our network, undergo ongoing professional development, and competitive hourly rates. Applications close 3 November 2026.

Formación

• Current Midwifery Registration with AHPRA.
• NSW Working with Children Check is required.
• Proven experience in a similar midwifery role.
• Special Care Nursery experience advantageous.
• Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
• Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Works well independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver evidence-based midwifery care and provide exceptional patient experience to women and families.
• Liaise with the multi-disciplinary team.
• Ensure patient and staff safety.
• Supervise, direct and guide midwifery/nursing team members; ENs and AINs to deliver patient care.
• Deliver education and support to mothers and their families.
