Job summary

Westpac Group in Sydney is seeking a Client Experience Manager within Private Wealth to lead campaigns, content, thought leadership programs and client engagement initiatives for high net worth clients.

You'll collaborate with leaders across Private Banking, Global Investment Services, Online Share Trading and Brand & Marketing to shape customer journeys, translate insights into actions and deliver experiences that deepen client relationships while balancing growth and risk.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer experience, marketing or brand initiatives in a complex environment.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with experience developing client facing content and campaigns.
• Ability to translate customer insights and performance data into meaningful recommendations and actions.
• Strong project coordination skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to influence and build relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.

Based in Sydney / Warrane, Gadigal Country, this full-time role sits at the intersection of client experience, marketing and strategic delivery. You'll create and deliver campaigns, content, thought leadership programs and client engagement initiatives that connect with high net worth and investment focused clients.

Working closely with leaders across Private Banking, Global Investment Services, Online Share Trading and Chief Brand and Marketing, you'll help shape customer journeys, uncover insights from customer feedback and performance data, and deliver experiences that build stronger client relationships.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded marketing or client experience professional who enjoys combining creativity, strategy and data to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
