Corrections Victoria is seeking a Justice Officer - Stores to ensure smooth day-to-day operations across prison stores, stock and finance tasks. This role is based chiefly at Loddon Prison and Middleton at Castlemaine, with duties spanning Tarrengower Prison in Maldon for female prisoners.

You will manage stock, support prison shops and help deliver essential services, including supervising prisoner workers and processing purchases, payments and invoices, with a strong focus on accuracy and

• Advanced computer skills and the ability to use common office programs.
• Knowledge of finance systems (e.g., Oracle) and data entry experience.
• Understanding of stores, shops or warehouse work, including stock control.
• Ability to work well in a team, solve problems and show respect to others.

Mansioni

• Manage stock, orders and deliveries, including stocktakes and inventory records.
• Serve prisoners in prison shops and supervise prisoner workers during daily tasks.
• Process purchases, payments and invoices; manage cash and prepare finance records.
• Check prisoner purchase requests and ensure orders follow the rules.
• Support warehouse, forklift and fleet tasks; keep records up to date and report safety issues.
