efex is seeking a Print Technician to join our Sunshine Coast team based in Maroochydore. You will deliver high-quality print support across our Managed IT and Print services, performing installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimise downtime for clients.

You’ll work onsite and remotely with a range of devices, including Konica Minolta and Kyocera, and collaborate with a friendly, customer-focused team to ensure reliable service and quality outcomes.

Formación

• Experience as Print Technician or similar role.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing multi-function printers and print devices.
• Solid understanding of print software and troubleshooting.
• Exposure to IT environments encouraged or highly regarded.
• Experience with Konica Minolta and Kyocera devices preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain Blue Card for working with children.

The Role:

We’re looking for a Print Technicianto join our Sunshine Coast teamfull-time.

In this role, you’ll play a key part in delivering high-quality print support across our Managed IT and Print customer base. You’ll be responsible for installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting, ensuring our clients experience minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Based in Maroochydore.

About You

• Proven experience as a Print Technicianor in a similar technical support role
• Strong experience diagnosing and repairing multi-function printers and print devices
• Solid understanding of print software and troubleshooting
• Exposure to IT environmentswill be highly regarded
• Experience in production print environmentswill be highly regarded
• Experience working with Konica Minolta and Kyocera devices/solutionswill be highly regarded
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality outcomes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Current and valid driver’s licence
• Blue Card (or ability to obtain one)for working with children
