Kwikkopy Moonee Ponds is a busy and growing print centre. We’re seeking an experienced print professional to join our close-knit team and help manage customer projects from inquiry to delivery.

You’ll liaise between customers, production and design, advise on stocks, finishes and print methods, prepare quotes, chase approvals and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years' experience in the print industry (essential).
• Strong knowledge of digital and offset printing, wide format, paper stocks and finishing options.
• Proven ability to quote and estimate print jobs accurately.
• Friendly, professional communicator on the phone and in person.
• Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple jobs and deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Advising customers on stocks, finishes, sizes and print methods to get the best result within budget.
• Suggesting creative and cost-effective solutions, including alternatives when a job isn't practical as requested.
• Identifying opportunities to add value, such as upgrades or complementary products.
• Handling sales and new enquiries by phone, email and in-store.
• Preparing estimates and following up on quotes to convert them into orders.
• Following up customer approvals and chasing missing information.
• Managing work in progress (WIP) and keeping our job board and system up to date.
• Checking current production and upcoming deadlines, and identifying urgent jobs.
• Coordinating with our production and design team and with suppliers.
• Ordering stock and monitoring stock levels.

Kwikkopy Moonee Ponds is a busy and growing print centre. As our customer base continues to expand, we're looking for an experienced print professional to join our close-knit team.

About the role

You’ll be the link between our customers, our production and design team, and our suppliers. Reporting directly to the owner, you'll use your print industry knowledge to advise customers on the best stock, finishes and print methods for their project, come up with practical solutions within their budget and timeframe, and make sure every job is delivered on time.

Key responsibilities

• Good computer skills; experience with PrintSmith Vision or other job management systems is an advantage
• A team player who's happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and stays calm under pressure
• Able to perform the physical aspects of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting boxes of paper and stock
