A Varied Client Services + Graphic Designer Role

Kwik Kopy Blacktown is a well-established local print centre helping businesses with print, signage and branded merchandise.

We’re looking for a capable, organised Client Services Coordinator with confident Adobe Illustrator and InDesign skills for practical print artwork. Advanced conceptual or creative design skills are not required.

This is primarily a client services and job coordination role (75%), supported by practical graphic design and prepress artwork (25%).

You’ll join a friendly small team where people take ownership, stay organised and keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

Client Services & Coordination — Primary

• Respond to customer enquiries by email, phone and in person
• Prepare quotes, invoices and job documentation
• Coordinate print and signage jobs from start to finish
• Keep multiple jobs organised and on track
• Maintain accurate files and records
• Assist with occasional physical tasks (lifting/moving boxes)

Graphic Design & Prepress Artwork — Secondary

• Prepare print-ready artwork in Adobe Illustrator and InDesign
• Make layout, typesetting and artwork adjustments
• Check and fix common print issues such as sizing, fonts, resolution, colour and bleed
• Ensure files are accurate and production-ready
• Assist with occasional new design work

• Can manage multiple tasks and interruptions while staying on top of things

• Takes responsibility for getting jobs completed properly
• Can work independently once trained

Print experience is a bonus, but not essential — we’ll train you in our products, systems and workflows.
