Job summary

Kwik Kopy Darling Harbour is seeking a Print Production Operator / Prepress Specialist to join our growing production team in Pyrmont, NSW 2009. This full-time role focuses on prepress, imposition and preparing customer artwork for production, while supporting digital printing, finishing, large format and general production.

Full training will be provided across our equipment, systems and production processes to help you develop practical Adobe and print production skills and grow within the

Qualifications

• An interest in building a career in print, prepress and production.
• Some experience within a print shop, signage business, copy centre or production environment is highly regarded, but not essential.
• Basic Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator or InDesign knowledge would be beneficial, but training can be provided.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to being part of a team.
• Takes ownership and responsibility for assigned work and follows jobs through to completion.
• Good communication skills and willingness to ask questions or raise issues early.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.

• Carry out quality checks throughout production.

This is a full-time position based in Pyrmont, NSW 2009 and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in the print and signage industry. The primary focus of the role will be prepress, imposition and preparing customer artwork for production, while also assisting across digital printing, finishing, large format and general production.
