Job summary

Primed Agentic Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking a hands-on Production Assistant to help produce high-quality signage across a wide range of projects. You’ll work on large-format UV printing, flatbed cutting, lamination and vinyl cutting, with material preparation, finishing and packing.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of production experience.
• Reliable and detail-oriented workflow.
• Experience with signage materials or print production is ideal.

• Operate large-format UV printers, flatbed cutters, laminators and vinyl cutters.
• Prepare materials, finish products and pack completed signage.

You'll be joining an experienced production team in Lidcombe, working in a business that invests in its people, equipment and the quality of what it produces.

THE ROLE

This is a hands‑on Production Assistant role where you'll help produce high-quality signage across a wide variety of projects.

You'll work across:

• Large-format UV printing
• Flatbed cutting
• Lamination and vinyl cutting
• Material preparation and finishing
• Packing and preparing completed signage
• Quality control
• Maintaining production equipment and keeping workflow moving

You’ll be working on different projects and materials, so there is plenty of variety rather than doing the same production run every day.

ABOUT YOU

You’ll have at least 2 years' experience in some sort of production capacity and understand signage materials or print and production processes.

Idelaly you have experience with flatbed cutters, CNC machinery or ONYX RIP software would be highly regarded.

Most importantly, you’re reliable, have strong attention to detail and take pride in producing quality work.
