FUJIFILM Business Innovation – Burnley VIC is seeking an Associate Product Manager – Print to join our Marketing team in Victoria. This role blends hands-on product management with customer demonstrations and sales enablement for a diverse print portfolio.

You’ll build experience across pricing, product performance, roadmaps and new product introductions while supporting Discovery Centre operations and events to empower our sales teams with tools and content.

Qualifications

• Experience in product management, product marketing or sales within the printing industry.
• Experience developing or delivering product demonstrations, training materials, scripts, workflows or supporting content.
• Commercial and analytical capability, with an understanding of product performance, customers and market dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Manage products across their lifecycle, supporting commercial performance, profitability, revenue growth and market share objectives.
• Analyse product performance, market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Support product pricing, strategic positioning, product roadmaps and new product introductions, working across the business to execute product strategy.
• Support Discovery Centre operations including product demonstrations, customer engagements, events, showroom readiness and product testing.
• Develop demonstration scripts, workflows, training and supporting content to strengthen sales capability, while contributing to product safety and compliance activities.
