Salary: AUD 212,505– 246,693 Annual Gross

We are seeking an accomplished Senior / Principal Architect (AI) to lead enterprise-scale AI transformation initiatives and serve as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders. This role combines deep expertise in AI, enterprise architecture, cloud, data, and digital transformation to help clients define and execute their future‑state technology strategies.
As a strategic architecture leader, you will partner with C‑suite executives, business leaders, and engineering teams to shape AI adoption roadmaps, target‑state architectures, governance frameworks, and modernization strategies. You will drive the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and responsible AI solutions that accelerate business value and enable sustainable competitive advantage.
The successful candidate will possess a strong blend of consulting, architecture, and transformation leadership experience, with a proven ability to influence executive decision‑making, lead complex technology programs, and deliver impactful outcomes across large‑scale enterprise environments. You will play a pivotal role in helping organizations leverage AI, cloud, data, and modern engineering practices to transform their business and technology landscape.
