Qualifications

• 8+ years of consulting engineering experience in structural engineering.
• Experience leading design delivery on complex projects.
• Registration or willingness to obtain after onboarding (NER/CPEng/RPEQ).
• Experience delivering structural design for power/renewables infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead structural engineering design delivery for renewables and power infrastructure from concept to construction support.
• Develop and review structural design solutions for steel and concrete structures and foundations across substations, switchyards, BESS and solar projects.
• Lead, mentor and develop structural engineers and designers, establishing standards and processes.
• Coordinate structural engineering with civil, electrical and other disciplines; engage with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide technical input throughout project delivery, including planning, site investigations, design reviews and construction support.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and expansion of the renewables and power infrastructure offering.
