Qualifications

• Senior software engineer with leadership experience across multiple teams and strategic platforms.
• Experience delivering technology for financial services platforms preferred.
• Experience modernising enterprise vendor platforms and integrating SaaS solutions.
• Knowledge of LoanIQ or similar enterprise lending platforms is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical direction for strategic Lending, Pricing and ESG platforms.
• Provide architectural leadership across core Lending platforms and integration ecosystem.
• Design scalable, secure, resilient services across APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Collaborate with Institutional Banking to support customer outcomes.
• Champion engineering excellence including AI-enabled SDLC and DevSecOps.
• Lead modernisation initiatives to reduce legacy complexity and improve resilience.
• Build strong relationships with core platform suppliers and mentor engineers.
