Job summary

Barr Planning, a division of BeveridgeWilliams, is seeking a Senior Principal Planner to lead significant NSW state and regional projects. You will liaise with clients, guide project teams and contribute to business development while ensuring quality and on-budget delivery.

The role requires a PIA-accredited planning degree, 10+ years of experience, and Registered Planner status. Flexible office locations across NSW are possible with a strong collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Planning degree accredited by PIA.
• 10+ years of relevant planning experience.
• Registered Planner status with PIA.
• Strong knowledge of NSW planning legislation.

Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver state and regionally significant planning projects.
• Liaise with clients and lead project teams.
• Develop fee proposals and manage internal workflows, invoices and reporting.
• Contribute to QA system and business development.
