Work Location: Fortescue’s Perth office is located on the traditional lands of the Whadjuk people. Roster: Monday to Friday. We are seeking an experienced Principal Organisational Development professional to join our Organisational Development team and lead initiatives that support meaningful change across the organisation. This role will work closely with executives, senior leaders and teams to understand organisational needs, identify opportunities for improvement and design practical interventions that strengthen culture, engagement and performance. The role combines strategic organisational development, executive coaching, culture and engagement insights, change leadership and high-level facilitation. The successful candidate will be confident working with complex organisational issues and translating data, research and employee insights into practical action.
