Fortescue is seeking a Technology Project Delivery Coordinator to manage the safe, efficient and reliable site execution of communications infrastructure projects at Christmas Creek. You’ll coordinate across operations, maintenance, engineering, construction and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and commissioning readiness.
Based on a FIFO roster with Perth departures, this role requires strong site leadership, planning, risk controls and a focus on quality and safety.

is responsible for coordinating the safe, efficient and reliable site execution of communications infrastructure projects across Fortescue’s Metals operations. Working across operations, maintenance, contractors, vendors, engineering, construction, HSE and project teams, this role ensures project activities are delivered in line with approved scope, schedule, quality, commissioning and handover requirements. The position supports brownfield and greenfield mine expansion projects across a range of operational technology and communications infrastructure.
Experience coordinating project execution within mining, construction, telecommunications, technology, infrastructure or industrial environments. Site-based delivery experience in remote operations, ideally within an iron ore production environment. Experience coordinating contractors, vendors and multi-discipline work fronts. Exposure to communications infrastructure including towers, shelters, power systems, radio, wireless, network or backhaul technologies. Working knowledge of project delivery, construction execution, site coordination, safe work systems, permits and risk assessment processes. Experience supporting schedules, work packs, quality checks, commissioning activities, handover documentation and operational readiness. Strong site leadership, planning, prioritisation, problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills. Ability to identify execution risks early, manage competing site priorities and maintain alignment with broader project milestones. Trade, technical, engineering, construction management, telecommunications or project management qualification preferred, with project management training or certification desirable. Schedule 26 training completed; relevant site-based licences or qualifications and telecommunications, network infrastructure or operational technology certifications are advantageous.
