Job summary
ETE Group is seeking an experienced Principal Microsoft 365 Consultant to lead SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace engagements. You will design, implement and migrate complex collaboration solutions for a diverse Australian client base, with a focus on delivering value and innovative governance.

Qualifications
- Experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and Modern Workplace technologies.
- Strong expertise in designing and delivering Microsoft solutions across modern collaboration platforms.
- Ability to engage in pre-sales activities, workshops and solution demonstrations.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver SharePoint Online intranets and collaboration solutions.
- Plan migrations, modernisation and transformation projects within Microsoft 365.
- Design and implement Power Platform solutions and integrations across Microsoft 365.
- Provide solution design and technical leadership for customer engagements.
- Lead customer workshops, create proposals and support solution development.

We're keen to hear from experienced consultants with strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 and/or Modern Workplace technologies.

Experience with any of the following would be particularly attractive:
- Microsoft Purview, including compliance, retention and information governance.
- Power Platform, particularly Power Automate.

- Previous experience with a Microsoft Partner or technology consultancy.
