Qualifications

• A relevant degree and at least four years of related experience in learning design.
• Understanding of educational technologies and AI in assessment security.
• Ability to translate theory into practical learning and assessment solutions.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Support staff to create and evaluate innovative assessment strategies.
• Develop assessment strategies informed by UDL.
• Advise on design, development, and evaluation of resources for assessment feedback and integrity.
• Lead learning design projects and share practice across communities.
