Job summary

St Anthony's Primary School, Girraween in the Catholic Schools Parramatta Diocese invites applications for a permanent full-time Principal Leader to oversee spiritual, educational and operational leadership across a K-6 Catholic school community.

You will lead improvement, strengthen staff capability and foster a culture of trust, belonging and high expectations, guiding students to flourish within a faith-filled environment that partners families, parish and the wider community.

Qualifications

• Meet the requirements of Category E Accreditation to Work, Teach and Lead.
• Hold a valid Working with Children Check.
• Hold NESA accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual, educational and operational leadership to a K-6 Catholic school.
• Lead a clear, evidence-informed improvement agenda and elevated student outcomes.
• Strengthen staff capability and build effective leadership teams.
