Job summary

St Anthony’s Primary School, Girraween, is inviting applications for a Principal Leader to guide a Catholic K–6 community. You will provide spiritual, educational and operational leadership, driving a robust improvement agenda and fostering strong staff development.

As a Partner in CSPD, you will work with families, parish and the wider community to nurture faith, learning and wellbeing while maintaining high expectations for students’ growth and achievement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead Catholic identity and culture.
• Proven record in strategic improvement and curriculum leadership.
• Experience building professional learning communities and staff capability.
• Strong collaboration with families, parish and community.

Responsibilities

• Provide spiritual, educational and operational leadership to a K–6 Catholic school.
• Lead a clear, evidence-informed school improvement agenda.
• Strengthen staff capability and foster a culture of trust, belonging and high expectations.
