Job summary

Scope Systems Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Principal Consultant to join the Sales & Marketing team. You will combine consulting, account management, solution design, and business development to deliver ERP upgrades and services for mining and other industries.

Responsibilities include building executive relationships, designing ERP solutions, and mentoring the consulting team while driving growth across multi-site projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Commerce, IT, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive ERP consulting and implementation experience.
• Proven success delivering complex, multi-site and multi-country ERP projects.
• Strong business development and solution sales experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain executive-level customer relationships.
• Facilitate business transformation and strategic planning workshops.
• Design innovative ERP and business software solutions.
• Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), estimates, and implementation strategies.
• Drive consulting, upgrade, and software sales opportunities within existing accounts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technology Partners to support customer growth.
• Provide expert advice on ERP roadmaps, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to continuous improvement across the team.
