Job summary

Versent is seeking a Principal Engineer - Modern Work to lead complex Microsoft 365 transformation programs, including large-scale tenant migrations, M&A integrations, divestitures and digital workplace transformations.

You’ll design and deliver architecture end-to-end, mentor engineers, and engage with senior stakeholders to translate business needs into practical solutions across Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID. Microsoft Defender and Copilot Studio experience is highly desirable.

At Versent, we’re looking for a Principal Engineer - Modern Work who combines deep Microsoft 365 expertise with strong architecture and delivery leadership. This is a hands‑on role focused on designing and delivering large-scale tenant migrations, M&A integrations, divestitures and digital workplace transformations.

You’ll work directly with customers to solve complex challenges across Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive and Entra ID, leading solutions from strategy and architecture through to migration, cutover and optimisation.
