Job summary
Consolidated Power Projects in Adelaide is seeking a Principal Engineer - Secondary to provide senior technical leadership on high-voltage substation projects across Australia. You will lead complex secondary design outcomes, guide the team, and ensure designs are constructible and compliant.
You will mentor graduate and junior engineers while collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to strengthen capability and deliver nationally significant projects.
Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering, with Chartered/ Professional Engineer status highly regarded.
- Extensive experience designing secondary systems for HV transmission substations.
- Proven ability to lead complex secondary design projects in HV and renewable sectors.
- End-to-end delivery experience from concept to commissioning.
- Knowledge of power system philosophies, client specs and Australian Standards.
- Ability to act as technical authority and mentor graduates.

- Provide senior technical leadership across CPP's HV substation projects.
- Lead and deliver complex secondary design outcomes.
