Job summary

Recruitment Hive is supporting a Federal Government agency delivering the National Disability Insurance Scheme. The agency seeks a Principal Director to lead the end-to-end delivery of technology products and services.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams in an agile/DevOps setting, partner with Product Owners and stakeholders, and drive service performance, incident management and continuous improvement across complex programs.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary technology teams responsible for end-to-end delivery, operation, support and continuous improvement of complex digital products and services.
Proven ability to lead product-based teams in Agile and DevOps environments
Experience partnering with Product Owners, architects and stakeholders to translate roadmaps into delivery outcomes
Proven ability to manage dependencies, risks and issues across multiple teams
Experience identifying and governing AI, automation and emerging technologies across the SDLC

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery, operation, support and continuous improvement of technology products and services.
Provide leadership to multidisciplinary product teams in an Agile/DevOps environment.
Partner with Product Owners, stakeholders and architects to prioritise and deliver outcomes aligned to roadmaps and security standards.
Oversee production support, service performance, incident management and continuous service improvement.
Contribute to delivery of complex programs by managing dependencies, risks and cross-team coordination.
