Responsibilities

• Define and drive the Data Mesh technology strategy for the Data Intelligence tribe.
• Partner with Engineering Managers to align solutions with strategy.
• Develop actionable plans to improve the health of systems within the tribe.
• Coach and mentor engineers to grow future technology leaders.
• Foster federation and governance to enable scalable data products.
