Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the project and coordinate with Product Owner and distributed teams.
• Drive solution development and ensure the team understands direction and vision.
• Balance resources to deliver features on a modern technology stack.
• Plan and mentor team members for competency development.
• Manage stakeholders and client relationships; scout new opportunities.
• Provide delivery inputs to minimize financial risk for Infosys.
• Develop resource plans including people, location, and infrastructure.
• Identify quality goals and implement processes with the SQA team.
• Plan and execute transitions to steady state.
• Implement performance management per guidelines and drive team building.
• Own and drive new opportunities and proposals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Owning the delivery of the project.
• Collaborating with the Product Owner and geographically distributed teams to drive and manage the solution development process and ensure the development team understands the direction and vision
• Balancing resources to deliver the product features on a modern technology stack
• Allocate activities to the right people, plan for and mentor the team in competency development of team
• Stakeholder management – including customer connect as well as Infosys stakeholders
• Provide inputs on the delivery aspects in the contract to limit financial risk to the company
• Customer relationship management & scouting for new opportunities from client side.
• Prepare resource plan including people, location, infrastructure and liaison with required groups to fulfill the project resource requirements
• Identify the quality goals and processes with help from SQA, comply with internal quality mandate, plan for training the team, and prepare comprehensive quality plan to ensure high quality delivery
• Perform due diligence, plan, and execute transition activities to get in to steady state
• Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines, R&R and team building activities
• Own and drive new opportunities and proposals

Technical Expertise & Federal SAP Requirements

• Telcom Network Domain knowledge
• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
