Job summary

Marsh in Sydney is seeking a Managing Principal – Risk Management to join our Risk Management team. This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the office and will base in Sydney.

You will manage a portfolio of major clients, provide tailored risk and insurance advice, lead business development, mentor a team of risk professionals and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

Qualifications

• More than 10 years’ experience in commercial insurance or risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.
• Strong knowledge of key insurance classes such as Industrial Special Risks and General Liability.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, influencing and presentation skills, with the ability to work confidently with senior executives.
• Tier 1 FSRA compliance certification.
• Experience working with large and complex client portfolios.
