Job summary

William Buck NSW is seeking a Principal or Partner to join its Business Advisory team. You will lead a significant client portfolio, drive business development, mentor future leaders, and shape the firm’s long-term strategy and success.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualification required.
• 10+ years' experience in public practice accounting and advisory services.
• Significant experience leading client portfolios and advisory engagements.
• Proven track record in business development and revenue growth.
• Strong leadership and people development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a portfolio of business advisory clients across industries.
• Provide strategic and commercial advice to business owners, executives and stakeholders.
• Drive business development and identify opportunities for growth with existing and new clients.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with key clients and referral networks.
• Lead complex advisory engagements, ensuring quality, profitability and client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop directors, managers and emerging leaders within the firm.
• Contribute to strategic planning, governance and operational leadership.
