Lead planning and building permit design reviews, providing risk-based assessments of complex buildings to improve the speed, consistency, and quality of architectural advice, regulatory decisions, and project delivery outcomes.

The Residential Apartments and Complex Buildings division in BPC is looking for a highly experienced architect and delivery leader with outstanding technical expertise and the ability to drive complex projects from concept to completion.

• Provide technical leadership and design assurance for complex, high-risk projects, delivering expert advice on design quality, compliance, constructability, risk management, and project outcomes.
• Drive project delivery and stakeholder engagement by collaborating with developers, consultants,
