Key Responsibilities

• Prepare primary design deliverables for HV and EHV electrical infrastructure projects.
• Develop substation layouts, equipment arrangements and key design documentation.

• Coordinate with internal engineering disciplines and project stakeholders.
• Participate in technical reviews and ensure designs meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Support construction and commissioning activities as required.
• Assist with project planning, risk identification and technical problem solving.
• Maintain high standards of quality, safety and technical compliance throughout project delivery.

About You

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience delivering primary design solutions within transmission, distribution, utilities or related infrastructure sectors.
• Understanding of HV and EHV substation design principles and primary plant systems.
• Experience preparing technical documentation and engineering reports.
• Knowledge of relevant Australian standards and industry practices.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
• Professional registration or progress toward registration will be highly regarded.
