Job summary

CMT Luxury Replacement Vehicles in Sydney CBD is seeking a proactive team member to support claims processing and bookings for our national prestige vehicle fleet. • Experience in motor vehicle hire is required.
• Knowledge or experience with credit hire (accident replacement vehicles) is desirable.
• Understanding of the car insurance and repair industry is beneficial.
• Strong customer service skills and a polite, professional disposition are important.

Responsibilities

• Process claims and arrange bookings for the national prestige vehicles fleet by phone.
• Provide exceptional levels of customer service to clients and partners.
• Liaise with the drive team and other office staff.
• Assist customers in completing required documentation and submitting via the customised portal.
• Work in a friendly and supportive team environment.
