AAMC is hiring an On Road Motor Loss Assessor - Prestige in Sydney. You will conduct assessments, prepare detailed reports, and negotiate outcomes with clients and claimants while managing repairer relationships and costs.

The role requires prestige vehicle assessing experience, a motor vehicle trade background, and strong communication and negotiation skills. A generous car allowance or company vehicle is offered, with options to work from home where applicable.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the insurance assessing industry.
• Motor vehicle trade qualification preferred (panel beating or spray painting).
• Niche and Prestige Vehicle Assessing experience essential.
• Experience as a repair shop manager or estimator preferred.
• Experience completing caravan assessments preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Conducting assessments and preparing detailed assessment reports
• Negotiating, monitoring, and communicating outcomes to clients and claimants
• Managing relationships with repairers
• Controlling client costs in line with business requirements
• Calculating vehicle values in line with industry guidelines
• Undertake local and regional travel as required
