Job summary

360 Underwriting Solutions is seeking a Prestige Motor Underwriter in Sydney to quote and secure New Business and Renewals for Classic, High-Performance and Prestige vehicles. Based in Barangaroo, you’ll join a high-performing team and enjoy a competitive salary package, with a culture built on support, collaboration and passion for cars.

You’ll develop relationships with brokers, provide tailored insurance solutions, and uphold underwriting guidelines while contributing to service improvements

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office; iBAIS experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• A drive to meet and exceed targets.
• Ability to work autonomously and within a team.
• A genuine passion for cars and motorbikes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers to support retention and growth
• Handle enquiries from broker partners, offering guidance on risk acceptance, bespoke quotes and renewals
• Understand client needs and deliver prompt, tailored insurance solutions
• Ensure underwriting rules and guidelines are consistently upheld
• Share your knowledge and enthusiasm as a genuine motoring enthusiast
• Collaborate with the team to enhance service, efficiency and processes
