Job summary

Veolia in Henderson, WA is seeking a Preservation Supervisor, QC and Supervisor/QC roles to lead a site-based Defence and Commercial team. You will oversee coating projects, QA testing per ITP, and documentation, ensuring safe, on-time work within budget.

Qualifications

• Extensive supervisory experience in defence or industrial environments.
• Experience with QA inspections and ITPs.
• Ability to prepare and submit coating reports and JSEA/ITP documentation.
• Experience with 2-pack paints is advantageous.
• Leadership skills with a focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the performance of the site-based team.
• Ensure QA inspections and testing per ITP are completed.
• Prepare, revise and submit coating reports, ITPs, and JSEAs.
• Ensure work is safe, on time and within budget.
• Plan, report and communicate with stakeholders; ensure compliance.
