Job summary

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to join our Environmental Services team in Kilburn, 5084. You’ll oversee ongoing maintenance for two treatment plants, develop strategies to improve reliability, efficiency and safety, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure plant performance.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in executing fixed plant preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Forklift licence and working at heights tickets are desirable.
• Ability to read technical drawings and follow maintenance procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing preventative and reactive maintenance for two treatment plants.
• Writing, implementing and supervising maintenance strategies for fixed plant and equipment.
• Reduce the incidence of costly breakdowns and assist with developing strategies to improve overall reliability and safety.
• Assist and supervise delivery of maintenance and commissioning procedures.
• Monitoring, reporting and controlling maintenance costs.
• Maintain records for all maintenance and repair work completed.
• Provide technical advice and support as required to the relevant teams.
• Participate in technical reviews for engineering works.
• Controlling maintenance tools, spare parts stores and equipment.

The Opportunity

Veolia ANZ is seeking a Technical Services Supervisor to join our Environmental Services team in Kilburn, 5084. As the Technical Services Supervisor you’ll play a critical role to ensure facilities are maintained in order to safeguard technical integrity, assist in developing strategies to improve reliability, efficiency and safety.

You will be working with across two unique treatment plants, which provide a constant variety of tasks. The operational teams are very supportive and your work will make visible improvements as we continue to update our plants.

What you'll be responsible for
