Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in industry with 5+ years in a similar role.
• Trade Qualification.
• Project coordination/planning experience.
• NACE/AMPP 2 certification.
• Proficient in MS Projects/Primavera and Excel.
• SAP experience.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and keen attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation, schedules, timelines, and status reports.
• Manage contracts, compliance documentation, and project closeout reports.
• Coordinate schedules with field teams, subcontractors, and material suppliers.
• Serve as primary contact between office and field teams, project managers, clients, and vendors.
• Monitor project budgets, process invoices, and purchase orders, and prepare cost reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain safety documentation.
• Coordinate site logistics, equipment staging, and vendor management.
