Steersons Steakhouse is seeking an experienced bartender to join our bar and front‑of‑house team at our renovated waterfront venue in Sydney. You will craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine and non‑alcoholic beverages to a high standard while engaging guests and contributing ideas to the cocktail offering and seasonal specials.

We require 2–3 years in quality venues, strong mixology skills, and full RSA/food safety training.

Formación

• 2–3 years experience in quality venues.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and beers.
• Current RSA and food safety training.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and serve cocktails, premium spirits, wine and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Engage guests and contribute ideas to beverage offerings.
• Manage stock, glassware and bar presentation to a premium standard.
• Collaborate with waiters to ensure seamless service from floor to bar.
• Ensure bar safety and responsible service of alcohol.
