Job summary

Anvers Wines is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the FOH operations at our Adelaide Hills estate. You will drive service excellence, oversee daily operations, train and develop the team, manage reservations, and coordinate with Culinary and Beverage teams to deliver elite wine and dining experiences.

You will join an award-winning hospitality team in a unique venue where the Hills meet the Fleurieu Peninsula, with weekend/evening shifts and a strong focus on premium guest

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Restaurant Manager or Venue Management role.
• Background in premium, fine-dining, or high-end hospitality settings.
• Strong leadership, staff training, and service management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations with professionalism, warmth, and precision.
• Deliver and uphold high service standards in a premium dining environment.
• Train, mentor, and develop FOH staff to ensure polished, confident service.
• Manage recruitment rostering and operational expenses for FOH.
• Oversee reservations, floor plans, guest communication, and tailored service experiences.
• Collaborate with Culinary and Beverages teams for onsite experiences and events.
