Job summary

AFL - Australian Football League is seeking a Premium Systems Coordinator to support Premium Membership experiences at AFL House in Melbourne. You will coordinate systems, data and operational processes for ticketing, entitlements, products, programmes and events to ensure information is accurate, up-to-date and delivered on time.

You will own and optimise Premium Membership experiences, collaborate across teams, support renewals and benefits delivery, and help implement new products and system

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating operational activities, programmes or events in a deadline-driven environment.
• Experience using customer relationship management, ticketing, membership or database systems.
• Strong understanding of data accuracy, system administration and careful handling of customer information.
• Excellent planning and organisational capability with ability to balance priorities and deliver on time.
• Practical problem-solving skills and ability to drive process improvements.
• Clear written and verbal communication and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgement managing ticketing inventory and data.
• Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics, Tableau, Confluence, Salesforce or similar platforms is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating the operational delivery and ongoing administration of Premium Membership products, programmes and events.
• Maintaining accurate information across membership, ticketing and CRM systems.
• Coordinating product, event and entitlement setup for campaigns and initiatives.
• Managing ticketing inventory, customer accounts and entitlement requests and escalating risks promptly.
• Supporting membership renewals and delivery of benefits throughout the lifecycle.
• Preparing and validating operational data to support reporting and insights.
• Supporting implementation and testing of new products and system enhancements.
• Developing documentation and resources to enable consistent delivery.
• Coordinating inputs across teams and communicating requirements and delivery updates.
• Providing operational support for major events and match-day activities.
• Identifying opportunities to improve systems, data quality and member experience.
• Using technology and AI to improve efficiency and quality of work.
