Job summary

The Australian Football League (AFL) is seeking a Premium Systems Coordinator to support Premium Membership experiences across the AFL and Marvel Stadium. Based at AFL House in Melbourne, you will coordinate systems, data and processes for ticketing, entitlements, products, programmes and events, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating operational activities in deadline-driven environments.
  • Experience using customer relationship management, ticketing, membership or database systems.
  • Strong understanding of data accuracy, system administration and careful management of customer information.
  • Strong planning and organisational capability with ability to balance priorities and deliver detailed work on time.
  • Practical problem-solving skills and ability to investigate issues and drive improvements.
  • Clear written and verbal communication across teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgement managing ticketing inventory and data.
  • Experience with Ticketmaster Archtics, Tableau, Confluence, Salesforce or comparable platforms is valued.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day systems and operational activity for Premium Membership products and experiences.
  • Maintain accurate information across membership, ticketing and CRM systems.
  • Coordinate setup for campaigns, programmes and events across seasons.
  • Manage ticketing inventory, customer accounts and entitlement requests; escalate risks when needed.
  • Support membership renewals and delivery of benefits through the lifecycle.
  • Prepare and validate operational data to support reporting and insights.
  • Assist with testing of new products, system enhancements and processes.
  • Develop clear process documentation and knowledge resources.

The opportunity

As Premium Systems Coordinator, you will help deliver seamless Premium Membership experiences across the AFL and Marvel Stadium.

Based at AFL House in Melbourne and reporting to the Insights & Reporting Lead, you will coordinate the systems, data and operational processes that support ticketing, entitlements, products, programmes and events. Your work will ensure information is accurate, activities are delivered on time and systems continue to meet business and member needs.

What you'll own

You will coordinate the day-to-day systems and operational activity that brings Premium Membership products and experiences to life.

You'll add value through:

  • Coordinating the operational delivery and ongoing administration of Premium Membership products, programmes and events
  • Maintaining accurate and current information across membership, ticketing and customer relationship management systems
  • Coordinating product, event and entitlement set-up for seasonal campaigns, membership programmes and key business initiatives
  • Managing ticketing inventory, customer accounts and entitlement requests, resolving issues or escalating risks promptly
  • Supporting membership renewals and the delivery of benefits and experiences throughout the membership lifecycle
  • Preparing and validating operational data to support reporting, business insights and informed decision-making
  • Supporting the implementation and testing of new products, system enhancements and operational processes
  • Developing clear process documentation, operational procedures and knowledge resources that enable consistent delivery
  • Coordinating inputs across teams and communicating requirements, risks and delivery updates
  • Providing operational support for major events, match-day activities and Premium Membership initiatives
  • Identifying practical opportunities to improve systems, processes, data quality and the overall member experience
  • Using technology and AI to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and quality of work
What you'll bring
  • Experience coordinating operational activities, programmes or events in a deadline-driven environment
  • Experience using customer relationship management, ticketing, membership or database systems
  • A strong understanding of data accuracy, system administration and the careful management of customer information
  • Strong planning and organisational capability, with the ability to balance competing priorities and deliver detailed work on time
  • Practical problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate issues, determine next steps and contribute to process improvements
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across teams
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgement when managing ticketing inventory, entitlements and operational data
  • Experience using Ticketmaster Archtics, Tableau, Confluence, Salesforce or comparable ticketing, reporting and customer management platforms will be highly regarded
  • A collaborative and accountable approach, with the initiative to improve how work is delivered and contribute to a consistent member experience
