Job summary

CambiaTec in Sydney is seeking an experienced Pilates Instructor to deliver engaging reformer and mat sessions at a premium private club opening a new wellness offering.

You will work with a dedicated wellness team to guide members toward improved strength, mobility and wellbeing, focusing on movement quality and client experience.

Required: current First Aid, CPR, WWCC and relevant industry qualifications; flexible hours to support the launch and ongoing operations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Pilates sessions (mat and reformer).
• Provide safe, technique-focused instruction with emphasis on movement quality.
• Confidently modify exercises for different mobility and fitness levels.
• Support members with mobility, strength and performance goals.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience in a premium private club.
• Build rapport with members while maintaining professional boundaries.
• Collaborate with the wellness team to integrate Pilates into programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional studio environment.
