Qualifikationen

We are seeking a Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our wellness team on a contractor basis. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, engaging group and private Reformer sessions designed to improve clients' strength, flexibility, and overall well-being.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, instruct, and lead safe, energetic, and technical Reformer Pilates classes
• Assess client needs and provide regressions or progressions for beginners, advanced clients, injuries, and pre-/post-natal participants
• Build strong, welcoming relationships with members to encourage long-term retention and a supportive studio environment
• Ensure the Pilates studio and apparatus are safely set up, clean, and properly stored before and after classes

About you

• Reformer Pilates Certification
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Minimum 1 year of experience teaching group Reformer classes (preferred)
• Current ABN
• Strong understanding of anatomy
• Exceptional cueing skills
• Excellent communication and warm, motivating teaching style
