Level7 is a premium health, fitness and wellness club preparing to open its doors in NSW. We are seeking an experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor to deliver engaging, safe and high-quality classes for members with varying abilities.

You will lead demonstrations, provide cueing and corrections, tailor exercises for levels, maintain studio hygiene, and collaborate with the Level7 team to grow the Reformer Pilates offering from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Previous experience teaching Reformer Pilates classes.
• A recognised Reformer Pilates qualification.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Professional and positive approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, engaging and professional Reformer Pilates classes.
• Provide clear demonstrations, instruction and technique corrections.
• Offer modifications and progressions for different fitness levels.
• Maintain a welcoming, supportive class environment and high coaching standards.
• Ensure studio is clean, organised and safe.
