Qualifications

• Pilates instruction across mat and reformer with safe technique.
• Strong movement quality and safety focus.
• Ability to adapt to varied mobility and fitness levels.
• Excellent client communication and coaching skills.
• Professional, premium-service mindset and attire.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Pilates sessions (mat and/or reformer).
• Provide safe, technique-focused instruction with movement quality.
• Modify exercises for different mobility and fitness levels.
• Support members with goals while safely adjusting exercises.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience aligned with club standards.
• Build rapport with members and maintain confidentiality.
• Collaborate with fitness team to integrate Pilates into wellness plans.
• Maintain a clean, safe studio and follow safety procedures.
