A prestigious private members’ club is preparing to launch an exciting new wellness offering. We are seeking passionate and experienced Pilates Instructors to join the team and help deliver an exceptional member experience.
This is an opportunity to work in a premium environment with members who value health, longevity and quality coaching. We’re looking for instructors who are passionate about movement, committed to technical excellence, and enjoy building genuine relationships with clients.
As a Pilates Instructor, you will deliver engaging and safe Pilates sessions that improve members’ strength, mobility, balance and overall wellbeing. Depending on your qualifications and the class schedule, this may include reformer and mat classes, as well as one-on-one sessions.
Working alongside our broader wellness team, you’ll contribute to a holistic approach to health and performance that supports members of all ages and abilities.
Deliver high-quality Pilates sessions (mat and/or reformer)
Provide safe, technique-focused instruction with strong attention to movement quality
Confidently modify exercises for different mobility levels, fitness levels and physical limitations
Support members with mobility, movement, strength and performance goals, while appropriately modifying exercises within your professional scope of practice
Deliver an exceptional member experience consistent with the professional standards and values of a premium private members’ club
Build rapport with members while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries and confidentiality
Collaborate with the wider fitness team to integrate Pilates into members’ overall wellness programs
Maintain a clean, safe and professional studio environment
Follow all WHS, emergency, incident reporting and studio safety procedures, and immediately report any hazards, injuries or incidents
You are an enthusiastic and experienced Pilates professional who is passionate about helping people move better and feel better.
Experience teaching a broad range of clients, particularly older demographics
The confidence and technical knowledge to modify exercises for varying mobility and fitness levels
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Strong attention to detail and a focus on movement quality
A warm, professional and member-focused approach
Reliable, proactive and able to work collaboratively within a team
Consistently well presented with a professional appearance
Current First Aid Certificate
Current CPR Certificate
Current Working with Children Check
Relevant industry qualifications
Previous Pilates teaching experience preferred
