Trippas White Group is seeking a passionate Chef de Partie for the prestigious Singapore Airlines Lounge at Sydney Airport. You will join a professional culinary team, manage a kitchen section, and ensure high standards of food quality, presentation and safety in a fast-paced, premium environment.

Responsibilities include preparing diverse international dishes, upholding recipes, and working collaboratively to deliver a flawless guest experience while mentoring junior staff and maintaining

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in a professional kitchen.
• Culinary qualifications or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong passion for food with preparation, cooking and presentation skills.
• Experience managing a kitchen section independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to deliver high-quality dishes per recipes and standards.
• Knowledge of international cuisines and dietary requirements.
