Job summary

Bankstown Sports Club is seeking a Premium Guest Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver VIP experiences to members and guests. You’ll partner with Gaming, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service to drive premium service strategies, host exclusive events and nurture loyalty, ensuring every guest interaction exceeds expectations.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Premium Guest Relations, VIP Services, Hospitality or Gaming.
Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A strong customer-first mindset with a passion for service excellence.
The ability to influence, engage and build trust with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of loyalty programs, member engagement and retention strategies.
Current RSA, RCG and First Aid qualifications (or the ability to obtain).
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

Lead and support the Premium Guest Manager in delivering VIP service and member experiences.
Drive retention and loyalty initiatives and grow patron engagement.
Collaborate with Gaming, Operations, Marketing and Customer Service teams.
Host VIP events and functions.
Support development of the Premium Guest Host team.
Build strong connections with Premium Guests.
