Job summary

Green by Nature is seeking a motivated Greenkeeper to join our Moore Park team, one of Sydney's premier golf destinations. This role focuses on delivering high‑quality playing surfaces with attention to detail and a proactive approach to turf care.

You'll maintain greens, tees, fairways and surrounding areas, assist with mowing, renovation, irrigation and course presentation programs, and contribute to a safe, professional team environment in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in greenkeeping, golf course maintenance or sports turf.
• Strong understanding of turf maintenance principles.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
• Current driver\'s licence; Chemical Accreditation and irrigation experience are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining greens, tees, fairways and surrounding course areas.
• Assisting with mowing, renovation, irrigation and course presentation programs.
• Monitoring turf health and identifying potential issues before they impact playability.
• Operating and maintaining modern turf machinery and equipment.
• Supporting bunker maintenance and daily course setup.
• Contributing to a safe, professional and high-performing team environment.
