edition Hospitality Pty Ltd– Melbourne VIC is seeking experienced hosts for Reine & La Rue to deliver a warm welcome, manage reservations, and support service flow in a dynamic Front of House role. The role offers busy lunch and dinner services seven days a week and potential for full-time hours.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in premium venues, experience with SevenRooms or similar platforms, and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in a similar role within premium venues.
• Experience using SevenRooms or a similar reservations platform.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Outstanding communication, organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Current Victorian RSA certificate.
• Availability to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• First point of contact for guests, creating a warm, seamless arrival experience.
• Manage reservations and support the flow of service across lunch and dinner.
• Assist across other service areas as needed in a dynamic Front of House role.
• Support a seven-days-a-week busy operation with up to full-time hours.
